Shipping policy

Your Comma Candles items will be wrapped in protective recycled cardboard crinkles and tissue paper and packaged in a cardboard box sealed with paper tape. We always try to reuse postal packaging wherever possible.

UK SHIPPING

A flat rate of £5.00 is charged for UK standard delivery for all parcels unless specified otherwise (large letter parcels) or a shipping discount code has been applied. Items are usually posted within 5 business days but can take up to 7 business days during our busiest periods. Please note: We cannot accept any responsibility for items missing, lost or damaged if they are left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

All orders are typically despatched within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday) but please allow up to 7 days in the UK before contacting us, especially during the busiest times of the year. Orders placed after 5pm won’t be processed until the following working day. Once shipped, UK orders are generally delivered in 1-3 days. Please note that items will not be despatched over the weekend or on UK bank holidays.
