Refund policy
RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Comma; each product is handmade with great care. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please email hello@commacandles.co.uk to discuss the next course of action.
Unused and unopened products still in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns must include the order number found on the original sales invoice and this will be included in the email sent to you once you purchased your item. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postal charges and a refund is not guaranteed until we have reviewed the returned product.
Please note: As will all natural and handmade items, there may be slight variations in containers, colors and scent from batch to batch.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, USED candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment. Photographic proof of damage must be submitted to Comma within 14 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES
You can exchange your unused product for another like for like item within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
